A new coach who knows what he is doing could take this roster to new heights. A all new staff for Pruitt is basically starting over with the same head coach that hasn't proven he can do the job.

It's been made ABUNDANTLY clear that winning 7 games a year is enough to get a raise and extension. This simply is the new Tennessee. Nothing will change.

We have enough talent with an easy enough schedule to win 7-8 with good coaching. It's a huge myth about "year 0" or that a coach has to suck in his first season

Tua has the opportunities but Tuas issue is simple... He can't see NFL open receivers. He refers to the Alabama days where the receiver has a 3 yard gap. He also throws it at the feet too often. He's a rookie and has to learn what nfl open looks like. Fitz should be given a good contract to stay.

Nothing you said is inaccurate. That’s one thing he will just need time and experience to learn through game reps. At the same time though, the play calling is different when Tua is in vs Fitz. Fitz is a gunslinger and has never seen a throw he didn’t like. Tua protects the ball and doesn’t take enough chances throwing guys open. They are polar opposites at this point in their careers and the play calling follows who is in the game.
