There’s a lot of research about it when Tebow was trying to change his mechanics. He improved it a little after working out with some guy in Cali for a couple months but not a huge different

Also idk if you’ve seen the old show I think it’s called sports science on ESPN. But he said it’s almost impossible and showed the “science” behind it and how many reps it would take to change muscle memory

Tebow did change it. He raised his wind up significantly because it was at his knees. Did it improve his throwing? Not by much. But he didn't have it down low all the time.

Like I said. He improved it a little. But it wasn’t a significant enough change where he had “proper” mechanics or throwing motion
