@McDad I am assuming your kids have perused the public job listings for the big three? I added three more which I know are in the DFW. I searched my company and was kinda shocked how thin the mechanical listings are but we are booming on electrical and software openings which goes to what I remember

I sent a PM to freak with my contact info. Haven’t heard a peep but look those over and let me know if you have any questions. I am not a manager and do not have hiring authority but next week I’ll try to get some info on my company to you. I’m worried most people will be gone for end of year break.

I like the food trucks and community feel of watercolor. It's ridiculous what the price per square ft there is though. I just don't see how its sustainable. I could be wrong but I just think that whole area will take a price crash eventually.

I think....maybe I am wrong.....thst you are further south of PCB and the pricing seems more realistic to what beach front should ho for right now. I think....

I was looking at a 1,600 sq ft bungalow not on the beach in seaside though and they wanted 3 million. I can get a very nice condo on the actual beach in destin for 900k. I can get a home within waking distance, same distance from beach and more sq ft for 750k in destin. I just don't see 1500 sq ft for 1.6 million and up sustainable but I could be wrong. I just see the prices evening out with destin eventually.
