Yeah, you gotta ask yourself, on a neutral field, would A&M or FL be favored against OSU? For FL, we saw their D is suspect, on the other side of the coin, A&M's Offense can be suspect.Indiana gets screwed. Ohio State gets coasted in....... IU AD speaks as a true leader. I hope Northwestern boat races OSU. Screw the Buckeyes!

I think Ohio state would run both. Fields would win the heisman vs Florida’s defense.Yeah, you gotta ask yourself, on a neutral field, would A&M or FL be favored against OSU? Real question is what have they been spending the tv money on before hand? Didn’t we get $40+ million last year?So it happens that an extra 15 mil per year is headed our way per year with the new teeebee contract. How’s that ‘we don’t have money to fire’ bs gonna hold up next week when all the fans have gotten the memo?
Which BCS? The one where schedule mattered? The one that began to place emphasis on style points? The one that became little more than an affirmation of what polls thought? TBH though the real problem with tOSU and other schools who play no one either as a matter of schedule or because circumstances caused said schedule to suck is that whenever they’re picked they automatically enter the CFP with a competitive advantage. It’s not fair to teams who have had to grind and deal with physical and emotional toll of a grueling schedule to have to play talented teams who’ve not had to go through a similar ordeal. Both bodies and minds wear down when you actually have to play to get in.Yeah, you gotta ask yourself, on a neutral field, would A&M or FL be favored against OSU? Did you just say no but yes? LolThe TV deal money won't be payable until 2023-24.
People want to fire a coach now. This is 2020.
So people who can read and count on three fingers will realize that one does not depend on the other. It's possible to use different funds for different purposes, and UT actually has the financial acumen to do that.
We’ve had and still have the money even without prior tv money. However, the ‘but the buyout is 12 million’ excuse is shot all to pieces with a 15 mil per year windfall that wasn’t there prior. That is more to the point. We all know spending has been on anything but winning.Real question is what have they been spending the tv money on before hand? Didn’t we get $40+ million last year?
so what you’re saying is we will double down on the falsehood that we can’t afford it and claim that large organizations such as ours operate like personal finance when we all know they don’t.The TV deal money won't be payable until 2023-24.

I'm sure OSU would be favored, but they really haven't beaten anyone except Indiana. Indiana's best win was vs 2-5 Penn St in OT. Indiana is the only team they played with more than 2 wins. They haven't really done anything to deserve a spot in the playoff. Its not really their fault, more the Big 10 conference's fault. They'll get in though.Yeah, you gotta ask yourself, on a neutral field, would A&M or FL be favored against OSU? Yep. Go ask the biggest names for their interest. Peterson, Meyer, Stoops, Campbell, Etc. If they all say no, it is not a bad floor when you can get Freeze, Napier, or Chadwell. It’s so easy it’s frustrating.
