2020 Presidential Race

When you subvert your own constitution then you disenfranchised those who followed the rules. The states in question should have followed their constitutions. Maybe the problem is they could not follow their constitution and make the changes they made. So in the end if SCOTUS kicks the 4 states it will be the SOS from those states that screwed and disenfranchised their own people.

This is a seriously ignorant post.

Answer this simple question: If there were something unconstitutional that occurred in each of these individual States, why wasn't a lawsuit filed and won already in each of these States by the Trump team? (Answer: this is a rhetorical question obvious to any 5th grader)

It's laughable that you eat up this spoon-fed crap spewing from Trump's giant lie machine. Are you really this gullible and naive?

You are 100% dreaming if you think the Supreme Court is going to overturn Jack sh*t.

The sole purpose of this legal action at this point is to rile up the ignorant, inbred idiots *cough* who are stupid enough to send the Trump campaign even more money.

"...How did Travis build his audience at a time when total podcast downloads, nationally, are down?

Like many other businesses, Travis’ has had to reorient its product offering. For instance, you may have seen that most restaurants switched their focus to take-out and delivery. And that movie studios have abandoned the theatrical release and sent films straight to video on demand.

It’s Business School 101. When you’ve been disrupted, you find other pathways to viability.

Clay Travis decided that, in the absence of sports, he could find a market niche by offering pseudo-scientific rants about how the media was overhyping coronavirus. He told listeners that the disease would only kill “a few hundred people” and that he doesn’t “believe it is going to impact hardly any of us at all.”

The Ballad of Clay Travis
#DBAP(F): Don’t Be A Pandemic Fraudster.
Travis was a millionaire before this. Yes his audience grew during this. Shocking that someone's audience would grow, when speaking out against shutdowns with a virus that is ruthless with the old and those with issues, when it's got less then 1% chance of killing healthy people. 11 million renters will be out on their ass in the next few months. That's not including the number of people who are 90 days or more behind on their mortgage . You people are crazy. In fact Travis made a good point today. If you are worried about infecting an old person then stay away from them.

But the 4 years of nonsense by the dems was cool?

It would have been cool, if Mueller would have been allowed to do a thorough investigation. Or maybe the Senate would have allowed testimony during the impeachment.. but that's different...

But you know, we have to investigate every claim, so America doesn't lose confidence.

Am I right?

Reality, knuckledraggers...

"Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel on Tuesday said Paxton's filing "is a publicity stunt, not a serious legal pleading."

"The erosion of confidence in our democratic system isn't attributable to the good people of Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia or Pennsylvania but rather to partisan officials, like Mr. Paxton, who place loyalty to a person over loyalty to their country," Nessel said in a statement.

"The Michigan issues raised in this complaint have already been thoroughly litigated and roundly rejected in both state and federal courts – by judges appointed from both political parties. Mr. Paxton's actions are beneath the dignity of the office of Attorney General."

Hey, that’s not fair. Not all of them are inbred.

I would think it has to be tomorrow. Monday December 14th is a significant day in the electoral process. That is when the electoral college meets.
The court isn't bound by that deadline, but obviously it creates a big problem with the relief being sought, which is another factor working against this case.

Look for the Supreme Court to refuse to consider the Texas lawsuit without comment except maybe dissents by Thomas and Alito.

SCOTUS holds conference tomorrow. Suspect they'd rule accordingly then.
