Why does Pruitt still want to be here? The way he's acted and the things he's done over the past 2 months says otherwise.

(I'm not necessarily asking you. It just doesn't make sense. The guy looks miserable)

Everyone looks miserable when you’re losing. But to think he doesn’t want to be here would mean he’s a quitter. Not too many coaches are just flat out quitters.

By all accounts Pruitt is trying to save his job. Now he may be bad in his attempt but I highly doubt he just wants to give up and move on. Pruitt is a confident/cocky guy. Not really the type to throw up the deuces and roll out on his own.

I could also be wrong. I’ve been wrong about a lot of Vol football stuff this year. Like a whole lot.

Atlanta said it was a no go...@de1conley showed me otherwise before the announcement.
Right, I remember he said Chaney was out, then we went back with more money and got him.

I just want to know if Pruitt was fully on board with it or did Fulmer put Chaney on him as a way of governing the offense, because we've heard both rumors.

Glad to see Pruitt starting to show up as a possible DC on other teams boards.

I like Mushmap.

The Jim Leonard call is kind of funny, because it seems random on their part but isn't at all. Their previous DC (Aranda) came from Wisconsin and Leonard is there now.

Looking back on it...we should’ve known Pruitt was it when he came out looking like an ant eater not knowing how to wear a mask.
I knew that he was going to be a bad PR/face of the program type from his opening press conference. He was really animated, which was great, but he also spoke like a grease-covered mechanic at a rural roadside body shop. It wasn't the incessant "Aights" that were bad - it was the terrible grammar ("we done it"). The dude has a degree in education and was a teacher before he got into coaching.

I knew it wouldn't matter if he won enough; in fact, people might find his unpolished style refreshing if he was successful. But he's won nowhere enough.

Serious question-----

Why didn't Uros play any last night with all the rotations? I understand last year he was learning and developing, but he passes the eye test as a well proportioned dude who looks athletic with agility... He should be out there with Ponz snatching every rebound and getting it to him in the paint for easy baskets/layups... that's what we were missing last night... if no one wants to penetrate and drive to the basket to get points and one, we need someone who can grab it and go... I love me some Fulky, but he seemed too timid to post up and go ...

Guess the higher ups really want us to boycott neyland. It’s going to be embarrassing how empty the stadium will be next year
How often do you attend in person? Not trolling. Legit question. That is the best way to protest what is going on.

Every personality rubs fans the wrong way if the guy is losing. And every personality is lovable if the guy wins. Just the way it goes.
