Be aggressive with a game plan that plays to win! I can stomach losing with that type of game plan. I hate these conservative scared to lose game plans!

I like Joe. He did a hell of a job last year at LSU and by all accounts doing well with the Panthers but I think we need someone with head coaching experience.

Someone that knows how to handle all of the responsibilities that come with being the guy.

I think he is perfect. QB developer. He could hire any assistants he wants. Our offense would take off and we would land Ty And Arch’s nephew. He retires after bringing us a few 8-10 win seasons. Then we bring in the best name on the market for our head coach void.

He is three years younger than Saban. I think he could give us five years and that’s what we need.

- HC experience
- SUCCESSFUL experience (no Fuente)
- has proven he can beat Saban

As for fit, please use the following criteria:

- offensive minded (the game has evolved, get over it)
- exciting for fans
- will put up Ws in short order

Run those numbers and choose from that list.

If you're talking about Freeze, he might be a sitting HC with SEC experience, but he certainly would not be a great fit that would be embraced by all. Hiring him would come with issues and cause even greater ones. He wouldn't bring stability and giving Sankey the finger is hardly going to create goodwill. I get it-- VN doesn't care. Others do.

And most of these names people are throwing out are exactly who SCAR is looking to hire.

I love Coach Cut. I know him and his in law's personally, they are from my neck of the woods. He's the best pure football coach we've had here since Neyland.

I wish so badly we would have hired him in 2010. I just don't think you fire Jeremy Pruitt for him.

If you want consistency and a proven coach, bring Cutcliffe back.

HC: Cutcliffe
DC: Mason

Coaching is what we need, talent comes to UT when we are winning.
