Therein lies the rub. Nobody knows who that is. Finding the right fit with the right experience, having everyone agree he's the right fit with the right experience and convincing him UT is right for him is a very tall task.
If we could find the right puzzle piece and he was ready and willing to come, I think UT would pony up-- just like we did for Barnes. Finding the money isn't as hard as finding the right guy at a place like UT.
We absolutely will not pony up. Unless you draw a line at Urban Meyer. There are coaches out there, UT will not pony up. We're wondering how we can afford to pay less than 4-5 mil per year and get the best coach. No one is fooled.
