Y'all see the ending to the 7A(?) Alabama State title game? Unbelievable.
Wow...an Auburn kid pulled an Atlanta Falcons on the onside kick too. He was in position to field it, but thought that he couldn't touch it until it had traveled 10 yards and backed away. Watch #7 at 3:55 of the video.

I’ve heard people say this is the loudest moment in Neyland history. I’ve also heard the Travis Stephens go ahead TD against Georgia in 01. My personal loudest was Jennings burning Tabor in 16.

I was at the 01 uga game. It was a boring game until Stephens took that screen pass to the house. My uncle took me, and it was my 1st game at Neyland. I remember looking around right after the touchdown and seeing EVERYONE going crazy. Then dead silent thanks to Chavis. A far 2nd would be the Cal game. That game was jumpin too.

Every team can say that, though.

UF won back to back East titles while scoring no more than we are now. If Pruitt was the elite defensive mind he was sold as, we should at least be competitive and not losing to Ga St.

Unfortunately, this is farrr bigger than just the lack of QB play.
that's fine, and if you're just looking to hang a coach, well, ok, that's what i'd expect one to say.....

but i don't know if you can honestly say that our issues at qb are categorically like "any other team can say that"....

he literally COSTS us games....he gives points to the other team on damn near the same pace he scores them for ours lol.

to say he's a liability is an understatement.

that, however, is not necessarily meant to absolve the staff from any additional wrong doing.....

i just think our whole outlook is completely different with competent QB play....and our view of this staff would be too, even if they make similar mishaps along the way, we could have still won, imo, 5 additional games the past two years....

our current attitude toward the staff is a sum of the parts. and this freakin' QB is a large part of that equation.

I'm afraid we're already in that jones territory when recruiting started to sink like that 2017 class did. It was horrid.
If Bailey can ball out these last few games it will help out recruiting even if it’s short lived. These kids want to see a heartbeat on the field and up to this point they’ve seen poop. If Bailey is what I hope he is, he could be a program changer

So the recycled good old boy hires have a spotlight on them. As long as the old guard have no accountability...why change? Tony Dungy should never have had to wait as long as he did to get an opportunity. Marion Campbell, Rich Kotite, Wade Phillips etc shouldn’t have been part of the delay...multiple times.

Racism exists, but free markets are inherently Darwinian. When black coaches consistently outperform white coaches, coaches will skew black, no different than players. It just takes time.

Just curious ! What will everyone do if Bailey does indeed beat Florida?..like we seriously need to prepare and start thinking for this moment

Unfortunately one player isn’t gonna beat FL. We’re gonna have to put up 35 at least to win.

Hell we could up 35 and lose by 17. You seen our defense? Me either, where they been?

‘04 kick to beat Florida was the loudest for me.

2013 Pig Fumble game was the loudest I've experienced

I think I agree. The stands were shaking, and my ears were ringing. I was also at the 98 UF game and 01 UGA game. Obviously the end in 98 was crazy.

My story about 01 UGA was that I took the LSAT at the law school building that morning. I was so anxious to get out of there as I heard the band playing as I was taking the test. I got done and walked into the stadium, and I think it was well into the 2nd quarter.

K. How do they consistently outperform them if they don’t get hired? Saw the “it just takes time” line used in a few movies. “Someday you’ll be able to vote...just takes _ _ _ _”

What the h#!! yall smoking? We have only scored over 17 points 3 times this year and have done that in over 8 weeks. How does anyone think we're going to put up 35? @UTSuave’ I love ya brother but I don't think we need to start preparing for a victory this weekend. If it happens great!

Sorry just made me chuckle with all this talk...

That’s awesome if you were everyone out there. Also you SEE race...you just don’t let it influence your decisions? I’ve lived too long to agree with the bolded. I’m not for MANDATING who people hire...just make them explain their answer better. There are those who bash the Rooney Rule and that’s ridiculous imo. These are individual billion dollar corporations when we’re talking NFL and multimillion dollar ventures when we’re talking NCAA. You can only do so much, but not letting them hire and hide isn’t socialism.
Accountability, for the win!

Gee, if it were 1952, that might be a problem, but since college coaches are already at population representation I'd say we're past that point. The point remains. Free markets are Darwinian. When there is an advantage, it will eventually win. If there is no advantage, then population representation is about right.

UF defense is pretty pedestrian. If they lost Trask to injury, or rapid onset acute Megonian Face Herpes, we might stand a chance.

If I’m Pruitt, on the first play I’m blitzing ~checks depth chart~ Aaron Beasley and Tamarion McDonald and telling one to go high and one to go low. Hit him late and hit him hard.
