Moving sports to December/January was literally the most ridiculous idea I heard this year (and that's saying a lot). I don't know if people were just in denial or forgot to talk to anyone with experience in viral respiratory infections.

Honestly, we should have started football Sept 1 and finished by mid-November. I have very little confidence that basketball will last long. Hindsight is always 20/20, of course.

Yeah..... I was saying move it up instead of back the whole time..... the decision made absolutely no sense at all...... speaking of making no sense.... my daughters basketball team is allowed to practice but no one is allowed to touch another players ball..... they scrimmage another team in 2 weeks..... how does that make any sense?

It was always going to be an issue for the winter/flu season just a matter of how large an issue when the time came
