well, and i agree with you, in a year like this when there's a really easy way to do both, and we see evidence of it happening at other programs, and I'd certainly put TN on the list of likely candidates to experience that, is it not worth noting that it hasn't happened...yet?

i guess it may be more telling as we get more games played, if we do after Saturday.....for now, i'm glad we're not seeing that happen....

That’s what many say every year. People said it last year when we lost to GA state and BYU. “Pruitts Gotta get these butch losers and quitters out of here”. Then you realize how big of a hole players like Bitulu, d. Taylor, Calloway, JJ etc leave.

It’s so tired and lazy. Good coaches make things happen sooner rather than later. Look at Bruce pearls first year as our basketball coach compared to buzz Peterson’s last year.

I wasn’t trying to have a discussion.it was just a statement but you can’t deny that allowing this kind of S**t into a locker room wasn’t a recipe for disaster and Pruitt allowed it to go on...this is about sports and football that s**t has no place to be in a locker room.they all see it enough on social media.so many kids look to sports as a escape from reality,a piece of mind.shame on Trey.

That's easier said than done. Winning will shore up the 22 class and keep them in the fold. If we don't win, or at least compete, the 22 class will probably slide right through his fingers.

Like I said just reporting what I've been told. My friends brother-in-law is the qb coach at Catholic and then I know someone in the department who said the strength coach confirmed this as well. Happened before the Kentucky game supposedly.

Cade came in and saw it and told him we support you but you can't hang those in here. Words were said and supposedly Cade whooped his ass. Could explain why we have played so poorly if the team and locker-room is divided.

I don’t disagree that we had some good players last year. But the NFL draft speaks to where our talent has been. We had 2 players drafted last year, one in the 7th round. Who will get drafted this year? Trey for sure, then maybe BT. To say we’re low in upper class talent is not wrong.

That is not a defense of the coaching staff. Great coaching gets more out of less. See Freeze, Hugh
