2020 Presidential Race

If forensic analysis of the voting machines in Georgia can be done during the 10-day restraining order... if evidence of fraud is found, it could lead to probable cause to analyze other Dominion machines in other states. Watching this one closely.

Meanwhile a month after the election we are still counting votes with several races uncalled

It’s typical to be counting votes long after the election. This is not irregular. Read the story below from 2016. This same thing has happened the last few elections.

It is irregular for a president to undermine election results. Trump started this propaganda not only before this election, but also in the PRIMARIES for 2016 when he lost the Iowa caucus to Ted Cruz. Also let’s not forget he was a leading party of Obama’s birth certificate conspiracy, among others. The guy is a clown and I don’t understand how people don’t see straight through it

What could possibly be taking so long in the US vote count?

Did Trump Accuse Sen. Ted Cruz of Fraud in 2016?

Your party rigged two primaries to stop Bernie's momentum...so yeah you might want to sit this one out Democratic Leaders Willing to Risk Party Damage to Stop Bernie Sanders

Typical of you and your blindness to reality.
You literally are making my point that there’s no difference. You can’t defend Drone king Obama so you go with “GW started it” they are exactly the same in that regard. Neither concerned about minding our own ****ing business or bringing our troupes home.
After this 4 year break it’s time for Biden to return us to the statue quo.
Don’t bother responding with since all you have is “Nut-uh”

Speaking of blindness to reality, Trump authorized more drone strikes than even Obama. Even signed an executive order to hide the extent. So a return to the status quo would be more transparent conduct and fewer strikes. You guys will notice it’s going on again for the first time in four years though.

Under Donald Trump, drone strikes far exceed Obama's numbers

Trump Inherited the Drone War but Ditched Accountability

lol
Like there was ever any accountability

It’s not ok. It doesn’t matter which guy from which party did it.
edit: your sources are BS

This isn't about fraud, it's about milking the herd of their hard-earned money. Trump can't buy portraits of himself with his charity any more, and he sure isn't going to spend his own dime.

Donations under $8K to Trump ‘election defense’ instead go to president, RNC

A donor would have to give more than $8,000 before any money goes to the “recount account” established to finance election challenges, including recounts and lawsuits over alleged improprieties, the fundraising disclosures show.

The emailed solicitations send supporters to an “Official Election Defense Fund” website that asks them to sign up for recurring donations to “protect the results and keep fighting even after Election Day.”
The fine print makes clear most of the money will go to other priorities.

A large portion of the money goes to “Save America,” a Trump leadership PAC, or political action committee, set up on Monday, and the Republican National Committee (RNC). Under Federal Election Commission rules, both groups have broad leeway in how they can use the funds.

National Review:

The chief driver of the post-election contention of the past several weeks is the petulant refusal of one man to accept the verdict of the American people. The Trump team (and much of the GOP) is working backwards, desperately trying to find something, anything to support the president’s aggrieved feelings, rather than objectively considering the evidence and reacting as warranted.

Almost nothing that the Trump team has alleged has withstood the slightest scrutiny. In particular, it’s hard to find much that is remotely true in the president’s Twitter feed these days.

How many countries did Trump destabilize (or seek to)? How many genocides did Trump back? Did Trump fight or cause isis?

No one should want to go back to the Obama days of military use. Calling it transparent is cute but truly misguided

I think the way Democrats handled Hillary’s nomination in 2016 was stupid and short sighted, and ultimately hurt the party and America. I can admit this because I’m not in a cult.

But that article doesn’t allege the kind of fraud that trump is claiming. Trump has a pattern of spouting unfounded claims. Why do you believe him when there’s never been any evidence for any of these claims?

I know that changing the topic when someone makes a point you don't like is what people do here, but I was simply correcting a misguided belief many conservatives seem to have about drone usage under Trump. Show me where I advocated for drone use, or the foreign policy of any administration.

Read this, then get back to me on Trump's transparency on the apples to apples comparison of the issue I was directly discussing.

So you want (prefer) legislators to “interfere”which in the case of the Trump impeachment trial is exactly what happened. Is there really a difference between a corrupt elector and a corrupt legislator? You seem only to be differentiating because you don’t to live with the results you know electors will produce and you hope corrupt legislators can alter voters wishes to your wish/hope

You'll have to explain your first sentence; I don't understand what your claim is.

Our constitution stipulates only state legislatures determine the selection of electors. Not governors, SoS, election boards, or courts. That means no impromptu decisions to extend voting hours or ballot receipt, no suspension of signature verification, no curation outside terms specified in the law, and strict compliance with chain of command and process, etc. - the list of both affidavit alleged and blatantly visible violations is enormous.

State legislatures are the constitutional remedy should the election not produce a validated election. If non-legislative officials take it upon themselves to makes voting rules not in accord with state law, the legislature should reassert their domain. If voters do not enjoy equal protection under the law and election officials and SoS do not cooperate in validating the election, then yes, the legislature is the constitutional remedy.

Many voters "wish" for Trump to be out of office by hook or crook, so yeah, I don't give a red cent about "voters wishes", but only the validation of the legal vote. There's a reason first world countries, in the main, eschew mail ballots. Anyone who champions them and/or paperless electronic voting is not championing free and fair, validated elections, and is either ignorant or a dishonest and even treasonous person.

We should fix this, THIS election.

I'm not replying to your whole post. Just the last sentence in the second to last paragraph.

There is a paper ballot for each vote cast in every state per Krebs. That signifies the voters wishes. From those results the EC takes over. Everything else is posturing to correct the results of the election 70 million people don't like. With respect to corrections, as the PA Supreme Courts wrote if you didn't like the changes, republicans, you should not have allowed prior elections to occur under those changes and without objections by you at that time.

Real corrective change is required in the EC. When addressing that electors have voted against the populist vote wishes of their state SCOTUS, this past summer, in effect kicked the can down the road. At present if an elector in a state wants to cast his/her vote for Trump in a state Trump lost there is no penalty

You are pretentious and verbose. Your posts are long-winded and boring. You profess an erudition, which you simply don't have. You do resort to childish name calling over silly things
You have rather thin skin for a man who tosses out 'idiot', 'stupid' and other insults so often.

"Trump appears to have won." WTF? LOL! That is just sad.
Dumbass : a smartass attempting an insult with no context.
