2020 Presidential Race

I absolutely agree he should have addressed the election process. He had 4 years to do it.

But if you yourself are being investigated for election violations, it's probably hard to instigate an actual investigation of election fraud. Perhaps the dems had a deeper plan in sidelining Trump for most of his tenure?

Less than half the country with way less than half the wealth. No one needs the rural vote if you have the urban and suburban vote.
Lol. Tell that to the US Commission on Civil Rights who found no evidence of that following the 2000 election.

At just 12% of the total population, there aren’t enough black votes to sway elections in the manner the left claims happens.

Someone doesn't know about the Electoral College or what battleground states are.
No no... it’s media polls that suppress the uneducated white vote.
No they got out plenty and voted for Trump.

Y'all brag about Fox news being the most watched. They get to a bunch of uneducated white people every day. OAN, Epoch Times, Brietbart and many others do as well. Not to mention Parler. Home of the uneducated White person.

Are you familiar with his Executive Order 13848 or the ongoing state of emergency declaration?

I suspect this could come into play over the next month.

Executive Order on Imposing Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Interference in a United States Election | The White House

Text of a Notice on Continuation of the National Emergency With Respect To Foreign Interference In or Undermining Public Confidence In U.S. Elections | The White House

Dims claimed Russian collusion for 3 years and the media aided in reporting a ***** lie. Yet people like you bit and swallowed the whole damn hook and all and made you look like the fools you are. Hope you had a great Thanksgiving and didn’t choke on a bone.

Everybody slow down and think about that. They're still claiming that Russia interfered with our election, and that Trump is a Russian collusion plant.

But let anyone in here post links to claims that foreign entities have interfered in this election, and US officials are claimed to be involved... and we're gaslighted. The personal incredulity against that as even a possibility is off the charts.

lol

It's crazy.

Well apparently Stacy Abrams is on the short list to become attorney general so she'll get to the bottom of this no doubt.

Trump attorney, Jenna Ellis, just posted a statement on Twitter which reads:

"@RudyGiuliani and me on Third Circuit's opinion: The activist judicial machinery in Pennsylvania continues to cover up all allegations of massive fraud. We are very thankful to have had the opportunity to present proof and the facts to the PA state legislature. On to SCOTUS!" - Jenna Ellis
I like how she says that a court that's refusing to overturn the election is "activist."

Wealth has zero to do with a vote . Keep on telling yourself that your party doesn’t need the rural vote . That’s some more of that high intellect from the left . Lol

There are never any consequences for false allegations. They just move right along to the next one.

Wanting consequences for false allegations from your side is a bold move, I'm not sure whether that falls under irony or hypocrisy ... or maybe ironic hypocrisy

This is inexplicable without fraud

What's sad is that everyone in this thread knows that fraud happened. It's just that one side doesn't care and so they pretend that it didn't happen.

It didn’t happen. Trump’s ass got handed to him and he and his followers are too immature to face it.

I've always seen Trump as a marketing guy - not a builder and not an entrepreneur. Apparently to marketing types there is no such thing as bad advertising which is a pretty dumb strategy when you are going up against an opponent in a courtroom, a war, or a sporting event. First, why give away your strategy; and second, courts have always taken a dim view of trying cases outside the courtroom. Trump's circus act - particularly with Giuliani as court jester - was an incredibly stupid strategy because it detracts from the seriousness of the charges.

I can't imagine lower courts wanting to deal with charges of election fraud on such a grand scale, so they'll almost automatically get bumped and appealed. Whether the stall will keep them from an appropriate court in a timely manner remains to be seen. Roberts didn't do anybody any favors in blowing it off on the first pass.

No reputable lawyer will touch Trump hence he had no choice but to use the “court jester”, Giuilanni. I think you embellish his description through that term

If you're implying Rudy doesn't have enough marbles left to be a court jester, I think you might be right. Has-beens and bygones are best left in the past.

You should’ve told Mules. Oh well.

Mueller laid it out (insufficient evidence to indict on conspiracy) definite obstruction except explaining some half-fast DOJ memo a sitting POTUS is not indictable ( aka POTUS is above the law) but Barr edited and sold a watered down version that Dotard swallowers, swallowed. You’re still swallowing. You have all swallowed each and every Dotard mis deed hook line and sinker

Can someone explain why the evidence submitted in court vastly differs from the allegations online, and why no fraud claims have been made in court?

Even if the SCOTUS actually hears the case there won’t be new evidence submitted, so what is the SCOTUS supposed to use to overturn the lower court rulings? You’re asking a court to invalidate 150 million votes based on nothing. Certainly sounds like fascism. Imagine if a Democrat was attempting this
