2020 Presidential Race

Trump attorney, Jenna Ellis, just posted a statement on Twitter which reads:

"@RudyGiuliani and me on Third Circuit's opinion: The activist judicial machinery in Pennsylvania continues to cover up all allegations of massive fraud. We are very thankful to have had the opportunity to present proof and the facts to the PA state legislature. On to SCOTUS!" - Jenna Ellis

For one thing, that Third Circuit Court Judge, Stephanos Bibas, is a Trump appointee. It doesn't look like she knows this. For another thing, they were given a chance to present evidence but couldn't do it. There were several claims made in that hotel ballroom "hearing", which for one reason or another, were not included in the case brought before the Third Circuit. These people are idiots.

Lol. Tell that to the US Commission on Civil Rights who found no evidence of that following the 2000 election.

At just 12% of the total population, there aren’t enough black votes to sway elections in the manner the left claims happens.

That’s great for the year 2000.

At least until SCOTUS gutted the Voting Rights Act in 2013.

Trump's mini tirade yesterday is further proof that he has a child-like mentality. He claims there is evidence of mass organized voter fraud but whines that the media does not report it. When pressed for any evidence, he bristles with the attitude of "thats for me to know and you to find out."
Dims claimed Russian collusion for 3 years and the media aided in reporting a ***** lie. Yet people like you bit and swallowed the whole damn hook and all and made you look like the fools you are. Hope you had a great Thanksgiving and didn’t choke on a bone.

But it’s soooooooo obvious. How can these Trump appointed judges not see it?

And also why did they stop “this fraud” at Biden and not swing the Senate to a min of 51 Dems and why didn’t they prevent the loss of say 10 or more house seats

Ummmmm. Let me see. It’s called split your vote. Too many people fed up with Trump but not the other GOP in their state

If the Supreme Court doesn't even bother to take this up, Rudy may have a meltdown for the ages.

And he still rings the bell for BO’s birth certificate as a counter argument.

Just as one example, there is no way that Susan Collins could have won her election by the margin she did in Maine, if she wasn't getting a significant number of Biden voters. Trump's apologists are basically arguing that only one portion of the ballots is fraudulent. The portion of the ballots which includes a vote for a Republican, is perfectly legitimate.

Ok you can have Maine. We’ll take PA, TX, MI, WI, AZ and NV

It would be fantastic if Amy, Brett and Trump’s first scotus packer told Trump personally that Jospeh R Biden is the 46th President of the United States.

But they won’t get that chance. Too bad. It would be the appropriate way for Dotard loser to be defined as a loser by the 3 of them as the movers remove his sh!t from the White House

Duh. Dude would slap on his branding and sell them in a heartbeat.

One of the few times I agree with one of your posts. Access to classified information should be on a need to know basis - in fact, much of it is absolutely based on that. After a president leaves office, he has no official function; therefore, he has no need to know ... unless one of your resident idiots decides to prosecute him for something and he needs access to classified information to prepare his defense.

That should go for all government employees - the clearance should go away with the job. Retaining it is just another way they can milk the system - makes it easy to transfer a government job to the private sector - such as a defense contractor because it saves the time and expense that the contractor would have had to spend for a clearance. It's that thing again about benefitting from a government job - there's even legislation saying you can't.

There was, and still is, substantial evidence of Russian collusion with Trump. There ABSOLUTELY is evidence of Russian interference to help Trump.

The only issue is how much Trump was aware of and participated.

Your post hits the high points. The Trump and Powell legal teams have no force of law at this point. They are establishing with affidavits current and prior concerns (all the way into this election cycle) of serious concerns with voting system infrastructure, even from Democrat politicians. That is aside from the blatant illegality of state officials displacing election law with impromptu rules; this alone could result in the invalidation of nearly 700K votes in just PA. There are two fundamental legal fronts; hiding in plain view are the illegal actions of state officials - more than enough in some states to swing the entire election - and then the allegations of election systems and voter fraud.

This is how cases are established. For those demanding "let's see the evidence!" - this is exactly what is termed evidence, providing a reasonable legal basis for court acceptance; requesting relief and investigation of allegations with the ability to subpoena, demand election records and data, and compelling sworn testimony, not simply rely on statistical improbability and voluntary disclosure.

The Trump/Powell legal team started out badly disorganized. Now we're seeing focused suits with affidavits, expert witnesses, constitutional protection arguments, and violations of both state and federal laws. It doesn't matter what lawsuits have been presented thus far or their disposition. I expect lower courts will have to consider these arguments and if they do not, see appeal and acceptance by SCOTUS.

The intent of the profuse expansion of mail ballots - a shite form of voting the preponderance of first world countries eschew - was by design to overwhelm the ability to scrutinize the election results. John Roberts could have averted this particular disaster by doing his damned job and nipping this in the bud in PA, thus setting the tone for all states with rogue officials wiping their ass on Art. II and state election laws.

Now it'll have to be done the hard way.

I've always seen Trump as a marketing guy - not a builder and not an entrepreneur. Apparently to marketing types there is no such thing as bad advertising which is a pretty dumb strategy when you are going up against an opponent in a courtroom, a war, or a sporting event. First, why give away your strategy; and second, courts have always taken a dim view of trying cases outside the courtroom. Trump's circus act - particularly with Giuliani as court jester - was an incredibly stupid strategy because it detracts from the seriousness of the charges.

I can't imagine lower courts wanting to deal with charges of election fraud on such a grand scale, so they'll almost automatically get bumped and appealed. Whether the stall will keep them from an appropriate court in a timely manner remains to be seen. Roberts didn't do anybody any favors in blowing it off on the first pass.
