Thanksgiving preppers!

Egg nog and deviled eggs with a side of ham topped with pumpkin pie.
My favorite Thanksgiving leftover meal is: pulled turkey seasoned to taste and fried in butter. Place fried turkey on a dinner roll with a slice of cranberry stuff, heated dressing and a slice of cheese.

We bake our turkey infused with Thai spices & eat it with jasmine rice every year. We prefer this over a traditional TG turkey. My wife makes this sauce that has green chili, ginger, cilantro, and lime. It pairs perfectly with the turkey & rice. We baste the turkey with rice vinegar and inject the bird with seasoned olive oil. Perfect leftovers for days.

That is perfect, except for cranberry stuff. I can't do it.

Did y’all do some acid before doing all that weird crap to the turkey?

Yall need to get the kitchen cleaned up.

I completely unloaded the fridge, washed the shelves, and reloaded, condensing into smaller containers, etc.

This time the door closes!

Cooking the turkey carcass now. Turkey soup and turkey tetrazzini on the way!
