Thanksgiving preppers!

I was told, no sausage, no nuts, no mudbugs or “tidal snot.” I was directed to make druffing with not-cornbread, celery, onions, and herbs. I did so.
 
My wife watches the cooking shows on TV...pretty much constantly.
I asked her about this.
She agrees with you on Ramsey being the best currently, but she says best ever on TV was Marco Pierre White and that it's not even close.
I don't know anything about these people.
Ramsey is a moron.

Being an ass on tv and being an idiot are not always related.
I would agree and until today I was basically meh. My wife's cousin whipped out his phone and said this is what Gordon Ramsey said to do to the turkey so thats what we did. It was his turkey and his house but he's not a very good cook. I went along and modified where I could. I’ve never been a fan of lemon and turkey, much less as much as he used. Done right a turkey needs butter, salt and pepper
