Yeah, I've seen that tweet before. However, per Josh Shapiro, Pennsylvania's Attorney General, the results in Pennsylvania were certified yesterday with Biden the winner, and Gov. Tom Wolfe has already chosen the electors.

Looks like the process allows the courts to undo all of that. Trump has a case seeking to do just that, and a judge in a separate case has halted any further certification activity.

As it stands, he is correct. The recent court order only stops any more certification attempts, if any were needed. The election is already certified. It would take a specific court win to overturn that, as Trump has a case seeking to do.

So Repubs used MIB at about a 40% rate, which defeats the claim that Dems used MIB overwhelmingly, and hence 90+% MIB DEM dumps in middle of the night. Of course we do not know district counting at that time, I assume.
