Their appeal that was destined for SCOTUS asks only to make the judge reconsider letting them amend their complaint. If granted (it won’t be) this would only send the case back to the district court.

Also, they didn’t ask for a temporary injunction to stop certification.

That’s effectively ballgame. (On both the appeal and any discussion of Rudy’s litigation prowess).

I have no problem with legal challenges. It’s part of our process. I do take issue with anyone, who once these challenges have been dismissed, who believe the election was stolen. They are idiots.

My only problem with the challenges is that they are very clearly part of the same con that has been going on since 2018.

The tweets and press conferences are offensive. Legal challenges are not.

Don't say much about Covid because I believe both sides are wrong.
But it's only fair to point out that the hospitals used to be full because of luxury and by design. Abundance of caution, monitoring and elective surgeries etc.. That is not the same.

All the nurses in the hot spots, making the video pleas, you can literally see their exhaustion and mental limits being pushed. Much of the subject is fair for debate but I'm not comfortable questioning them.

Here’s what I question from what I’m told daily .. every single patient that stays in a hospital is automatically tested for Covid , now that person could be in that bed because of a heart attack or a hemorrhoid but that won’t matter if that test comes back positive . The data , news , national talking heads and agenda pushers will , down to the last person , say that bed is occupied because of the Covid virus .

Nugent’s post contains an element of truth — Dominion Voting Systems was used in several Michigan counties and in Antrim, which experienced an incorrect early tally in favor of Biden — but it ignores the critical fact that the "glitch" was a human error limited to that county and that the technology itself didn’t simply switch votes. There is no indication of fraud.

We rate it Mostly False.

The areas that are struggling are due to poor leadership in the cities there and in hospital administrations that are trying to save $ and operate on minimal staffing levels

He was a reaction to the same old same old. It will likely be all new faces for the GOP next time.
Biden hopefully marks the end of the SOSO for the Democrats

Like I said, much is fair debate. The real numbers definitely.
But no doubt that many are strictly in for covid. With the levels pre pandemic, throwing that many on top is going to stress many areas. People didn't stop having heart attacks etc.

People being sent to far away hospitals (due to capacity, not like life star taking someone to a better suited facility) is happening at rates that are definitely not the same as previous.
