She does. My guess is this reaction by Rudy and Trump means she over played her hand in a way they weren’t happy with. Perhaps talked off script. Or Rudy has convinced Trump that she has taken over the face of the case. Can’t play second chair and steal from the main chair. I am sure Rudy has Trumps ear more then anyone. And as much as people mock Rudy he isn’t a bad lawyer. He hasn’t forgotten decades of law. And my dad used to tell stories of “old washed up lawyers” kicking ass when it mattered. The thing that makes me keep an eye on Rudy is he is major case court room experienced . Not too many of those lawyers around. On the discussion we had the other night RE Powell. She has not helped her case with the longer the accusations keep growing with no filing proof. I told you I’m taking a wait and see stance however she needs to put up and quickly.
It’s really weird to me that people can say “I don’t believe that” and then suddenly that thing isn’t real to them. Really takes a special person.
Not sure what any of that has to do with what I posted, which is not BS and can be found from multiple news sources. Also this is playing out in different areas of the country.my wife has survived the unimaginable illnesses which include liver cancer and Help syndrome then Lyme from the blood transfusions from Help. HELP killed one of my twin sons. Now she is again fighting something new that kills almost everyone who gets it. They don’t have a clear name for it so we have that going for us.
Stop posting BS videos and people won’t call you on it.
So In conclusion you can take your disbelief, turn it sideways, and shove it up your backside.
Rocky touched on a point that made sense. The bribery accusations against Kemp and the SoS are VERY salacious and I’d guess on my own crosses a defamation line. Lawyers may have written letters in response to those accusations. If she can’t back those up and I’m Kemp I’d give her both barrels, reload, and give them againShe does. And Kemp has been very Trump. Also that kind of talk hurts GOP efforts in the senate races in GA. If GOP controls the senate Trump can still play king maker within the GOP. Strange. Maureen Mahoney of Latham & Watkins was counsel of record for Arthur Anderson at SCOTUS. They were the petitioner, which means they lost.Actually she won her case on appeal. She had Arthur Anderson. Womp womp.

I went from the same wiki page you went by. Blame WikipediaStrange. Maureen Mahoney of Latham & Watkins was counsel of record for Arthur Anderson at SCOTUS. They were the petitioner, which means they lost.

She must have done something right, she’s got people lining up to carry water for her.

In fairness, the issue may be that Rudy has been handed an impossible task that nobody else will take.Based on what I read and heard of Rudy's performance in PA court the other day, you might be wrong about this.
If he wanted $20k per day, it seems like he might have brushed up on that before he walked into court. In fairness, the issue may be that Rudy has been handed an impossible task that nobody else will take.
Not knowing the standard of review for an equal protection claim is hella embarrassing, though. Every law student learns that in Con Law I can still remember the acronyms for which protected classes trigger strict scrutiny and what they mean. It’s foundational stuff. And I haven’t handled or even read an equal protection case since school.
I saw your link. I got crossed on which circuit 5th is TX. Regardless you can throw shade on her resume if you’d like but like I said others have given props. At the risk of getting burned by Wikipedia again... it reads fairly impressive to me.You could just look up Arthur Anderson LLP v. United States and see it’s the Enron fallout case.
Maybe He’s been taking the tack you mentioned about a paying client and a microphone I’d guess. Over the last couple of years Rudy’s dropped some nuggets and earned some ridicule but that could be the LA Senator Kennedy play tooMaybe so. But don’t count out an old trial lawyer vet. Now with that being said, he has to actually have something to work with.
