I believe it was devastating, but not needed for Joe to lose.

No matter how this turns out, I obviously believe that Joe was soundly beaten by a red wave, so much so that they had to affect the most massive election fraud in history. I'm not sure what you're expecting to accomplish by gloating on this, especially before the score.

Here is the report you are referring too. Just reading the executive summary and conclusion is enough. When you couple this report with the Ukrainian prosecutor press conference a few days back detailing audio of weekly phone calls between Sleepy Joe and Poroshenko it’s fairly obvious Hunter is a conduit for access to Sleepy Joe. Biden is actually guilty of what the Dems impeached Trump over. He’s an influence peddler catalogued by a mountain of evidence.

The problem here is that Trump will have the opportunity to present all this evidence to the courts and ultimately to the public. And if it’s all internet bs, innuendo, and unsupported affidavits and it will get kicked out. Or it will be real proof and Trump wins. But if it’s kicked out you have already admitted to believing all the crap you “think” you have read out there is fact and will believe it to have been stolen. It’s a real interesting win-win for you. Either Trumps wins or it was stolen. Dangerous and laughable position.

It doesn't require Senate approval. According to Andrew Light, a former senior climate advisor at the State Department under President Obama, all Biden has to do is to send a notice to the United Nations as soon as he gets into office stating that the United States intends to get back in to the agreement. Then 30 days later, the U.S. is back in.
