I listened to most of that interview last night. I didn’t hear her timeline but did hear she hopes to file this week. But again right now it’s all just accusations with no demonstrated proof. Time will tell but time is also running out

that pretty much proves the president should not be elected by the citizens.
We seem to take the governors, senators and House votes seriously but when it comes to president it turns to crap.
We should probably have the governors do it.

Those 80 million people also refused to deliver Biden a Congressional blue wave. So while they voted for not Trump, they also clearly voted for divided government without a green new deal and a packed Supreme Court.
