We already run a trillion+ dollar deficit. We arent decreasing spending.No. This is incorrect.
Until the invested amounts are needed to pay benefits, the cash is intermingled with the Treasury's cash operations for the rest of the government.
So at some point in the theoretical future, it's not that the SS benefits we all put in will be insufficient, rather, the government will just have to reduce government spending elsewhere - if such need arose - and/or push the age of retirement eligibility higher (likely).
LOL ok, please don't tell the various hospital departments Ive worked with for 14 years, or the healthcare conferences with hospital systems across the US including from your state, to talk about innovative ways to improve safety, self-medicating patients, workplace violence, nursing satisfaction, and physician education.You’re not a healthcare worker.
