I was coming here to post this. This is very telling imo.

It's really a horrible look, and I don't say that lightly. Even if Pruitt fired all of his staff this off season, I wouldn't miss any of them.

Had this team won at least the UK and Arky games, this news may not have been as glaring, but when you're a selfish coach on a sh*tty team, it's going to look even worse. How can any of them think they earned their salaries this year?

This... how many tries is Pruitt going to get to make the right staff? You don’t normally let bad coaches clean house more than once. We all see where this is headed. He will be gone before 22 and we will be hiring some scrub while someone else is winning in year two with Hugh Freeze.

We all know how a handful of good players can mask A LOT of coaching problems and I think thats what this is. I just cant figure out why we havent had a T Smith or even Henry T step up and take the lead.

Kind of like the folks that say, “even Butch got us to 9 wins,” as if he didn’t have some guy named Dobbs. There was also that Kamara guy.

Will say however, that doesn’t excuse some of the performances we’ve seen this year.

Each individual has the right to choose if they want a paycut or not. The media bringing negative attention to this is not right in my opinion.

As LA and Hubbs have explained, the school wanted everyone to be on a unified front, and they chose not to. Integrity can be defined as "the state of being whole and undivided." This....they are not. I never said one was a bad person.

It's called self-awareness and understanding the situation. They knew fell well it could/would come out. But they were banking on winning, I guess, and it not being a big deal.
