Also, it says playing a team sport is dangerous(Level 7). My daughter plays travel ball and we have played nearly every weekend since April and I don't know of one case being transmitted at the tournaments.

This is where Trump's judges/justices are so important. If he tries to close down restaurants any further than DC he'll find the courts/SCOTUS will put him in his place and throw out the order. Ditto for a nationwide mask mandate

It'll take a long time "to pack". Biden said on Sunday that he'll give his commission 180 days to consider what to do. By then the vaccine will be well under way. I don't know if he'll get the votes either. Manchin won't vote for ending the filibuster

I see you popped off before doing much research. This does sound "remotely like someone who'd shut down the restaurants." He said this just last month when asked what 3 things he'd do to fight C19:

One of my big worries is we needed to not reopen indoor bars and restaurants. That has been well documented as a disaster.

You reopen them and 2 to 4 weeks later you get these big bumps in cases. Just terrible. And the reason you get that is because indoors, big crowds for prolonged periods of time exhaling. Yelling at football games on the TV or what have you. That’s how you spread the virus, that’s what indoor dining and indoor bars lead to. I think it’s a serious, serious problem.
