Pruitt Is Not The Answer

The more significant statistic would be what percent of LOSSES are by double digits rather than total games. Somebody figure that up. I don't feel like screwing with it.

Pruitt is 15-15.

43% of his games coached were lost by double digits.

86% of his losses are by double digits (13/15). The only two games lost that weren't by double digits are Georgia State and BYU.

66% of his wins are by double digits.

He has a 9-12 SEC record. 5 of his conference wins are by double digits.

Mike Leach.
So sick of the Leach crap. He wouldn’t have done anything here and he will do nothing at State. He doesn’t recruit at all and you aren’t beating anyone of consequence in the SEC with no run game. If State fans hated Moorhead, who never lost an Egg Bowl, they’ll quickly get tired of Leach’s schtick when he never wins an Egg Bowl.

He's never been the answer!...Fulmer is terrible about hiring coaches...Remember the Clawfense?...Sanders...Coach Cut was the best coach on his staff for years and I am still steaming mad we didn't hire him when we had the chance after Kiffin left.
Cut would’ve gotten us 8-4 every year. In hindsight that’s quite an improvement.

Phil wants him to tank so he can step in to "right the program" and save the Univ money while they look for another coach. He'll recruit, and work, like heck to make that happen.

He sucks but he's back next year regardless. Just pray something starts to click. Another coaching change is the worst thing that could happen to us. The people around this program refuse to hire a proven HC for some reason
Lsu and Bama both ran through coaches every two , three years.

I was at the UK game and wasn’t ready to throw it in then. I was hoping it was just a let down. I wasn’t expecting to win this game. But the way in which we lost was inexcusable.

Yep, I’m totally off of the Pruitt wagon and here’s my reasons:

1. he started JG. Big deal, so he can throw a couple of deep balls for a few touchdowns but he’s no threat to run and he doesn’t motivate his team.

2. Hurry up offense with a huge offensive line. After 4 plays, they are gassed. Slow the game down against Alabama. This offensive line is strong. They need H backs and two tight end sets to run play action out of. I’m not saying that had to be our base but still would be more productive. Chaney sux!

3. Maurer would’ve been my guy from the start of the season. He has wheels and he plays with fire. That was obvious last season.

4. You’d think a defensive guru could get a lot of production out of his defense in year 3. Alabama passed around will.

5. Discipline lacks at times.

Proven coaches cost MONEY, and UT is cheap, hiring Dooley, Jones, Pruitt, all are low cost low experience hires $4m types. Jim Bo at A&M got a 10yr $75 million deal, check Mullen $36 million deal. Saban is making $9.3 million a year, you get the idea. Swinney Clemson and Harbaugh at Michigan are both over $8 Million.

Look at the game stats today for KY vs Missouri...It will make you sick at your stomach how bad KY was dominated...

80 percent.

12 out of 15 losses.

For the " yeah but look at Dabo crowd..we should be patient"....Swinney had 1 25 + point loss in his first 4 seasons.

Yet we pay 8 million a year. 4 mill to be sabans
Lacky, and 4 mill to suck as the UT head coach
