I don't know if that's a good idea from a strategical perspective. It implies an anti-Biden personal agenda on Bobulinski's part, for him to be a guest of Donald Trump's during a debate. It calls into question his motives behind coming forward to verify those e-mails.

My guess is that he doesn't want to be the one left holding the bag while the big guy skates.

Yes, he had Paula Jones and other Clinton accusers at a debate just after the Access Hollywood video was made public. The Trump campaign tried to get Monica Lewinsky as well, but she declined. This is typical Trump.
