Oh it probably a bit of both. Hes a big time Karen that pushes masks for the rest of us and distancing, until he needs to talk to you and he gets in your business.Maybe he just doesn't want to do the retreat? I hate those type of events, I'd use it as an excuse too.
With a safety net that pays them more than working why go in?yes - so much for being poor its their choice it seems like --- they all waiting for these idiots like McConnell and Pelosi to pass more free money for them and its not going to happen
yes but it hasnt happened yet and might not ever - I think if a person is furloughed and gets called back they gotta go or lose the unemployment and their job -- happened where I work -- businesses were stupid for doing layoffs instead of furloughsWith a safety net that pays them more than working why go in?
The safety net let's any excuse fly, so people have no reason to apply or try.
Ya team building 101. He reads too many books on how to be a successful boss.Oh it probably a bit of both. Hes a big time Karen that pushes masks for the rest of us and distancing, until he needs to talk to you and he gets in your business.
But he is one of those who talks out of both sides of his mouth. "We need more office events" then uses every excuse to miss them.
Yells at us all week to get our work done before so we can be there, and then pulls the bs.
Sometimes those screaming arguments work between associates or partners. I had a boss who yelled at me everyday about his problems, we would yell for 2 min about them then the claws drew back once we came to conclusions. It was just our relationship but I've never related to another person like that.Hes good at his job. Just not leadership. Him and the other founding principal fight all the time. We have no idea how they managed to stay partners for 30 years and run a successful business. But they have.
