None of those rights prevent one man rule.I mean they definitely included the freedom of speech, assembly, the press, right to petition, and right to bear arms as democratic hallmarks that would prevent one man rule. The constitution may not have told states how to set up their government, but I’m pretty sure they weren’t expecting anyone to install a King.
I just think you are being intellectually dishonest to state that the Consitution is one thing because that is the way things are. Instead of actually understanding that the Consitution is more about allowing things than dictating them.
The FF built in enough flexibility where you cant say we are just one thing, representative democracy, because of the Consitution.
