A couple players I thought that really elevated their play tonight on the defensive side of the ball are Alontae Taylor, Deandre Johnson, and Kivon Bennett... AT really showed he can play in coverage and come up and be physical in run defense. He is looking like he can be a First Team Defensive player... Both DJ and KB were critical on getting pressure on third and longs tonight. Just need to get offenses in those down and distances for the rest of the year.

SEC favorites really struggled, either getting wiped by the spread (lsu and tamu) or beating the expectation just slightly. Auburn was the only favorite that was ahead of the spread by more than a fg...PARITY!

LSU finished 26 points BELOW the spread (16 pt favorite vs 10 pt loss)

TAMU finished 26 points BELOW the spread (31 pt favorite vs 5 pt win)

Bama finished 9 points BELOW the spread (28 pt favorite vs 19 pt win)

UGA finished 1 point BELOW the spread (28 pt favorite vs 27 pt win)...but lucky to do that iyam

UT finished 1 point AHEAD of the spread (3-3.5 pt favorite vs 4 pt win)

UF finished 2 points AHEAD of the spread (14 pt favorite vs 16 pt win)

Auburn finished 8 points AHEAD of the spread (8 pt favorite vs 16 pt win)
