When my 7 year old got stabbed with a pencil by a boy who sent her home with bruises before, I was in that office. It finally came down to " if you aren't going to protect my daughter, I am giving her permission to protect herself, and when she does you aren't going to do **** about it" She ended up protecting herself against this boys next onslaught on the playground. The principle brought up the bullying rule, I said go ahead and suspend her, see what happens next. They dropped it, moved the kid out of her class. They didn't do anything to help this kid. I spoke to his parents and the problem became clear immediately. They sucked as parents.
I just taught my daughter she didn't have to put up with that crap.
They want to be the quasi parents but school systems don't have the depth to treat your child like you would. They are just another kid in a class of 24 kids in a school of 400 kids. They have zero business regulating what happens outside of school property.

It is probably rules put in place by the governor or the athletic association to allow them to play sports.... They have some crazy rules where I am at too.... she should have just worn the mask like she was asked too

2 problems
First contact she stated she has asthma.
Second if the police officer was providing security on behalf of the stadium it is questionable whether he can trespass her himself or if a facility manager has to do it.
Normally the manager states they want them trespassed, if they don't leave then the police may arrest them for trespass. They should have called the police.
I'll check Ohio law on trespass.

He was the school resource officer so he is charge of that schools security at all times.... the other version was she was asked several times and wouldn’t comply..... masks don’t have to be snug... just put something loose fitting around the nose/mother.... h&ll don’t even cover your nose..... most people don’t.... it’s just for appearances anyways
