For a skill player, yes. But not for an O-lineman. SC isn't going to game-plan any differently whether Cade plays or not.

I truthfully think this guy is right:



This guy recognizes reality. We were down and were below them. But we're getting better, they have gotten worse. While they've got a couple of players here and there, they don't have a talented team. We are far more talented than they are. If they had a true difference maker at QB they could make up for that, but they don't. While we are still behind bama, ga, and fl (maybe), we are ahead of SC, Mizzou, Vandy, and KY and hopefully we aren't looking back. Truthfully, KY is closer to us than SC is at this moment.

SC's only hope is that us starting slow the last two years is not a coincidence but a Pruitt problem. That's their only chance. If we're ready to play we should beat them fairly easily. They just don't have the skill players. And we are far better on both lines.

I agree... We should be well above SC, Vandy, and Mizzou. With a solid QB we would be on par with UF. That is our one major weakness, IMO.

Right now, I think Kentucky is very well coached and experienced. I hate saying it, but that game will probably be the deciding factor between 7-3 vs. 5-5, or worse. Couldn't of fell in a worse spot schedule wise sandwiched between UGA and AL.

No reason we can't beat SC tomorrow. The only way we lose to SC, is if we beat ourselves, like BYU last year. All things equal we should be a 10 point favorite.

At the end of the day, this season will ride or die with JG. Hopefully he is ready for the challenge.

Well Tennessee planned on taking Cade Mays to South Carolina even if they hadn’t heard from the SEC office, I’m told that is not going to be possible as players that are not eligible to play cannot make travel rosters. As of now Tennessee has still yet to hear anything from the SEC office.
