So far we’ve got:
-Something pretty vague about nursing homes, which is absolutely a concern, but no good alternatives presented. Did other states handle it differently with better results?
- Cuomo did a bad job because the death toll was high. Well, the death toll WAS/IS high, but that doesn’t answer my question.
- Concerns about public transportation. Also legit concerns, but a catch 22. Do we limit the number of people exposed by limiting subway traffic or do we facilitate essential worker transportation? Not an easy call. Hindsight is useful in this case for future reference.
I’m not hearing a lot of wonderful, big picture alternatives to Cuomo’s actions for all the people that are really quick to throw him under the bus.
