No, I have made a reasonable conclusion that John Kelly was one of the sources used by Jeffrey Goldberg in his article published in The Atlantic, and that Kelly was also a source that Jennifer Griffin used to verify Goldberg's article for Fox News.

A couple of things. The owner of the Atlantic which is a left wing newspaper is owned by a billionaire who is a mega donor to the Joe Biden camp. All of this is anonymous sources which is a joke in itself. Don't say the Griffin woman story was in the first person, if you read far enough it will state that her story is from two anonymous sources. I am all for eliminating the protection of anonymous sources. It is being used to create sedition against this country and there needs to be an accounting take place. Now I will say this, if Trump did say that then he needs to have his azz handed to him, also if the writers of the story is creating a false story then they need to do some serious jail time for sedition. I personally know what it is like to be disparaged as a soldier and I carry a strong dislike to this day for the elements that fostered that in this country. I do not give a rats azz which side of the aisle people are on, if we do not get back to truth in the government and media this country will become a failed state. John Kelly did lie about not being aware of the abuse allegations from Rob Porter's wife. So, you do have that. Kelly wasn't really lying about the White House not being involved in chaos. That would be called "spin", which was part of his job at the time.
