I agree with this.

But I have trouble believing that when 2 people sleep together every night, that it is possible for 1 to get it and not the other. Well it is possible, but I dont think very probable. Not claiming FC Vol or his wife did or didnt have it. Just saying.
UNLESS, the people claiming an underlying level of protection by prior CV exposure (including me) are correct. That explanation accounts for so many of the questions that linger: Why is there such incomplete penetrance through families/close contacts? Why are children relatively spared? How have Sweden, NYC, et al apparently reached herd immunity with only c 20% infection rate?

Very true. Forgot about that aspect.

All I know is now that I’ve had it...... I’m struggling to come to grips with the reality of the country being shut down and how we’re still having to deal with so much lunacy.
 
Wife tested after her grandparents tested positive and were admitted to the hospital. She was with them Saturday.

To add, her grandfather was released yesterday from the hospital. He is fine. Grandmother has a bunch of pre-existing issues and is still in the hospital. She is doing better as of today.

Yikes. Absolutely terrifying to no one.
 
You really aren't hearing about the virus mutations anymore. Has it stayed the same or am I the only one that thought that was interesting?
