I thought Kennedy was moving to coach in year 7 and Chandler was moving to defense!

Kennedy is from Memphis. Unlike Kansas City, Memphians know how to do BBQ without drowning it in sauce...

#1 Rendezvous (near the Red Birds stadium and Peabody Hotel)
#2 Central BBQ
#3 Corky's (the "onion-ring loaf" is killer)

Enjoy!
I know it ain't Memphis or nothing but if you are ever in Murfreesboro you should try out Slick Pig! The potato salad is by far the best I've ever had.

When Big Smo was doing his TV show he used to always frequent it on there. Right off MTSU campus.

I would definitely put Interstate BBQ in there with Mr. Neely. There slaw is the best to me. When the other Neely's was on Jefferson I would "harass" Mama Neely for the recipe. She never would give it up of course.

Whatever happened to Gridley's?
I THINK they still have a small shop in Bartlett but when they had the big store years ago I thought it was very good as well. Actually there's a ton of great BBQ places in Memphis (actually all over the country if you know where to look). Some are just in areas you don't want to visit. No bashing just statically true!

Slick Pig smoked wings are literally the best food on the planet!
