I've always wondered why, if there is supposed bias and privilege for whites, so many quarter black and half black people ID as black instead of white.

Not that it would do too much good. People aren't willing to look into anything past milquetoast talking points they can feel outraged over.

He's probably going to get excoriated like the guy at Google who wrote the internal company memo urging that the company should return to it's emphasis on advancement through meritocracy rather than forced diversity. I think his reply was in response to a lawsuit that alleged Google was knowingly complicit in the gender pay gap(*1). Google's review proved the allegation was actually inaccurate and that women actually received higher pay rates for equivalent positions.
His rebuttal posited that forced diversity placed people in positions that limited their potential.
He then signed his woke mob death warrant using data arguing men and women have inherent strengths & weaknesses within the stem fields. His final was a peer reviewed empirical study showing researchers had reached approximately 80% accuracy being able to differentiate between Male & Female from MRI results.
Too much rebuttal of Marxist quasi-intellectual wokeness.
