I ended up buying a cheap Lenovo for m staples yesterday. $299. It will do what it's tasked to do. I was surprised that it had a 1 TB hard drive. It will run some diagnostic software.

My Dell wasn't a cheap Dell. It was a very large touch screen that I ran a CAD on and it has performed well for I'm guessing 8 years. I'll have to replace it soon so I can do my CAD work away from the office. I'm going to have someone look at it for me to make sure it's not something that can be repaired easily.

All my home computers are Apple but I have to use PC at work and for the last few years I‘ve been working from a docked laptop that I take home every night.

It’s a 13” HP Spectre x360 with a touch screen that opens all the way around to use like a tablet. Nice looking too, a Bang & Olufsen branded model that’s grayish brown with shiny copper trim.

Anyway, I run AutoCAD on it with no problem, usually with several big PDFs open plus multiple Word, Excel, Outlook, Chrome, etc. running at the same time. I’ve been very happy with it, never had problems.

I can’t speak to the price because the company bought it for me and I didn’t even have input on the brand or model choice other than just saying I wanted a 13” laptop. But they did me right, good machine.

Dang, you’ve got two better than 50/50 and one of them’s 80%! I’m impressed! I’d have figured you wouldn’t go 80 unless he’d already signed and played half a season.

I agree. I never saw the OLB side of him that they tried last season. It may be there but it would take work. I did see the ILB/Mike side of him I liked a lot. If they can get him trimmed down and flexible as you state, he could step into several positions as needed, especially if Banks balls out.
He did, he went from 245 down to 235 currently
Edit: 246lb to 235

Add to that, Chandler just doesn't have the Kamara wiggle or the Patterson stop/go abilities to be a star at the RB position. He's a good college back, but nothing special. He has skills to use his speed to pick up yards in the open field and when a large hole presents itself, but he just isn't the type who is going to make people miss with regularity and pick up yards that aren't there.

He seems hesitant when running the ball at times, imo.
I hope we use him more in the passing game this season. He looked really good in 18 when thrown the ball.

Seriously, your negative outlook skews the odds in ways I do not like. I'd rather believe we get them all.

The only way to get a juicy burger on a grill is to get the grill really hot before you start cooking. Never mash the burgers once you put them on the grill as this will allow the juice to escape. Let the burger cook for a few minutes before you flip them and don't just flip them a bunch of times. If you want to learn how long to keep them on, put about 4 burgers on at the same time and take them off at different times and cut them in half. Gotta keep track of each time though and when you find the right burger, cook it that same way all the time. Good luck.

I use that method on a gas Weber. Heat the grill for around 15 minutes to the 400-425 degree range. Depends on preferred burger thickness. Ours are medium in thickness and doneness. I cook them about 5-6 minutes a side with a closed hood and only turn once making sure I get the grill back to 400 and close the hood as soon as possible. Add seasoning on the flip if desired. Have used a small amount of dry onion soup mix in them when prepping as well to keep them moist. Sometimes I have a small smoking box inside for additional flavoring.

I imagine Chandler will be fine if fully healthy this season, which he wasn't for much of last season. One advantage he has over Gray is that he doesn't mind lowering his shoulder and fighting for extra yards, which I thought was Gray's weakness last sason (he would go to the ground in open space if he saw multiple guys closing in on him). Hopefully, as he gets used to taking SEC hits Gray will overcome that.

I was convinced chandler was destined for greatness when he ran that UK defender over as a freshman.

I try my hardest not to be an Apple guy but MacBooks can't be beat.
Effing same. I am still using a macbook air I bought in 2013.

Just got my wife the new one with the 256GB SSD, absolutely no load time and she loves it. Plus all her stuff transferred over from her phone and iPad so.... yeah can’t beat that.
