You might be an alcoholic but who am I to talk.... I was on a cruise and started drinking at 9am blacked out at some point (While still completely functioning) and unblacked out just in time for dinner and kept drinking..... so...... yeah.....Pool days for me consist of 8-10/12 mich ultras and then switch to Jameson on ice. Boat days as well!
Saying this not as a joke. Ask a buddy for a favor(volnation buddies included) !!My assessment would probably be along the lines of what WBO stated above. If the company had prior knowledge of incidents or if he does it again (now that they are on notice), then that is a much better case. At this point, the case is probably against him, and he probably has no real assets.
It’s not my area of practice, but I would definitely document everything. Chizzle has an interesting idea of a camera, but I’m not sure how that reconciles with being a housekeeping supervisor who also inspects private rooms. Careful with that.
The other thing is that she will have to show damages if it happens again. If it truly has caused her emotional stress, then doctor’s records would help more.
Sorry that you are going through that.
Once at a festival...a rainstorm suddenly hit...did not care being in the rain dancing to music, it felt great...then the band sung, "If you can find a reason to stay, standing in the pouring rain" and my head explodedWhat dose did you take? Ever do it during a thunderstorm? I think that’s the next time.
@Atlanta VOL how does the team look? You think we’ve a really good year?
I think there may be too, but also megadosing for extreme epileptics. It's incredible how it helps them.If you ever have that one really bad trip..it will sour you forever on the experience. I do think there is something to this microdosing stuff. I think the possibilities for medical applications are intriguing.
