2020 Presidential Race

I was talking about VPs having an impact on the election.

Palin is the only one I think came close, in my lifetime.
IMO Pence and Kaine had a pretty significant impact.

Pence shored up the base and got the religious zealots onboard to vote for a guy who's had 3 wives and grabbed countless *

Kaine gave people another reason not to vote for Clinton and just stay home.

I must have missed his comment unqualifiedly blasting Russia for placing bounties on our troops (no "I have no reason to think its true, but..." malarkey).

Care to share that?

Moving the goalposts again I see. I’m not looking it up for you LG. Get off the usual sites. You know they certainly won’t do anything but slam Trump.

Ah. Gotcha.
Harris would not be my first choice or second choice to run the country. Some of her comments and positions while campaigning were problematic.

Personally, I think actual likelihood that Biden croaks or abdicates by 2025 is too remote, IMO, to base my vote on. Also, he ruled out most of my choices a while ago so I wasn’t expecting to love the pick.

With Jo Jorgensen coming out in support of BLM and her stance on vaccines, I’m seriously reconsidering my vote this November.

At this point all I really have hope for is a divided government. Whether Trump or Biden wins, Congress needs to stay split like it is or the opposition party takes both. Single party rule will be a disaster.

If Donald Trump is in your top 50 million choices you need help.

That’s the best we can hope for.

I think he misunderstands the program but it's only racist if you hear "low income" and automatically think of black people. Why would you do such a thing?

Because of numbers. Poverty is much higher in communities of poc. Also most poor urban American citizens are black. So statistically you would equate that.

That is all due to past government and institutional policies and the legacy of slavery. Now Trump wants to erase the new programs and policies that try to fight past injustice.

You can think Trump meant it to be a dog whistle without thinking that low income = black people, but yeah, I wouldn't call it "blatantly racist"
It is though. This tweet says it all.

Oh please , nobody wants low income housing apartments next to their suburban homes . That’s not even debatable regardless of who’s living in them . Don’t believe me ? Ask LG or Septic how many they have around their homes . Do it !

I dont like Harris, but i am glad he picked her over Susan Rice or the others, which are heavily tilted left wing

Lol. Like you would know. They don't wan't your double wide around either in that case.

Also low income housing does not mean projects. If you knew anything about anything you would know that is not what they mean. lmao.
