Our rights have to be protected for a reason. You're doing quite well at demonstrating why

We did plenty. We erred completely on the side of caution and shut it all down. We now realize that wasn't necessary yet you're still on the blame Trump train. If he was a better communicator this could have been avoided. If he and the media weren't adversaries this could have been avoided. They are all to blame

No, This particular discussion was not born out of blame sharing, but out of denying that Trump could have done "anything legally" to have made a difference.

Hog said there was "nothing legallly" he could have done to make a difference.

If you believe that too, then we do not agree, apparently.

Define date of outbreak... define how many tests were available 30-45 days after that date. Otherwise you are just stating a timeframe without any meaningful data.

What's your estimate on how long it should have taken to produce a viable test? How should Trump have sped up the science required to do it correctly? You evidently have much more confidence in his cognative abilities than I do

So, he was limited by his intelligence? I'll agree on that.

As far as blame sharing, it gets spread around for sure. Red tape, not allowing Independent laboratory tests to be considered for implementation, trying to make it so Lab Corp had exclusive testing rights..

If I'm wrong on these examples, someone correct me... But it's a bitch tapping this out on my phone..
