All I can tell you is that it is inevitable that there will be positive tests when you get players together (just like school). Not saying to cancel anything- it can be managed.

Plus, I had a conversation with someone who has direct communication with the head of the local Health Department. Their frustration is that people are getting tested shortly after being in contact with a positive person. That result comes back negative. Then, 5-7 days later, that person has symptoms and tests positive.
Yep. The report I read said false-negatives are very high the first 5 days. Overall, about 30%. There are far more positives that have been tested than the "positive case" figures show.

I say screw the NCAA. Conferences are making their own decisions now.
P5s have had some autonomy for some while. 2015 iirc. But if they legitimately pull completely apart, set their own bylaws, etc, it will be an absolute race to pay players first. Maybe the P12 gets there first, then the rest will either have to follow or get squeezed out.

Or as McGill said, chaos...
