Even in a down year do you think that's UGA's expectation? How about UF they fired a coach who won the division 2 years in a row. Being satisfied because you made it to a bowl leads to complacency. If thats what make us happy then NC talk needs to be tabled, winning the east talk needs to be tabled. I guess our expectations really are no better than a mid pack team.

I EXPECT improvement every season and whatever it takes to get there. Highjacking what I think that entails isn’t going to win an agreement with me. Pruitt ain’t Butch...agree? Hopefully that addresses the “complacency” conundrum.

I guess our bars are different then. Beating the bottom feeders when the expectation is an NC is not impressive to me.

You can’t be this clueless. He played a good game against KY. Also against Mizzou and SC. But playing 3 good games out of 13 isn’t going to cut it. That’s the point. Far more times he looked like he did against Indiana than he did against KY.

I’m not even sure what you’re trying to argue. Do you really believe the Jarrett we saw last year can win anything of significance for us? You think that Jarrett could take us to Atlanta or beyond? He has to show major improvement

You brought up BARS? What was the reason? Couldn’t help feeling that it was an attempt to minimize my points. We were talking about winning football games and then your bar compared to mine popped up in the conversation.

Prolly not this year. You guaranteeing one of the other QBs could? This whole conversation started when ATL opined that Bailey wouldn’t be significant this season. I very clearly questioned that. I’m not beholden to JG but I’m not an internet psychic either and throwing “clueless” at me is recruiting season Bass at his best.

Yes. Because I have 1 bar my team competing for the East and being a playoff caliber team. Any season that does not meet those standards is a failure. I have 1 bar. Im going to guess you're top bar is the same. Im also going to guess that since wins against bowl teams have impressed you you have other bars on the way to the top bar. This is where I think we differ I don't have a stepping stone its boom or bust. And yes aa I fan I dont control what happens on the field, but the team reaching or not reaching my goal contributes to how much $ I will use towards the team/school. When they reach my goals I am more likely to use more and vice/versa.

We’ll manage. Invest in face masks. We’ve never been the program you’re talking about. Always pulling for us to get there...but I’ll watch as I wait.

I don't think he is really a journalist. Just a TV analyst. My guess is he has a direct line to our staff, and someone jumped the gun.
