Like I said earlier you are scared of people on the street shouting. If Americans peacefully exercising their rights scares you that much maybe you shouldn't have a gun. Might get jumpy and accidentally shoot someone.

You do not have a right to trespass and harass. You're quoting a much different rule book than the one most operate under

Not when they've proven time and again to be violent and destructive. That's what this "movement" now stands for whether you recognize it or not

And it's false logic that assumes the property didn't need defending. What would have happened if the guns weren't there to protect the property?

It's already been pointed out but the cops don't do jack until they arrive. (in fact, think of any crime committed in the absence of cops and, well, there you go)

Outside of actively engaging (firing shots, even if only for "intimidation") or extending the physical defensive positioning beyond the actual owned property there is justification to call the McCloskey's actions lawful.

Standing on their property while armed isn't assault either. You have to remember this neighborhood is gated, hence not a public street.

Even dumbass gate crashing “ protesters” know that doing anything with a crazy eyed lady waving a pistol around and a tight azzed white dude holding an AR would be stupid . So they took their little whiny selves on to some place that wasnt protected .. which was the entire point to begin with .

So just like in an apartment building/condo where the tenants own the building and pay dues the tenants cannot pull guns on people in the building.

A reasonable assumption could be made that it was given the outcome of prior protests that turned into riots. You may disagree but that's just because you side with those doing the destroying. The face of your movement can't be destruction and then claim peaceful when challenged. Your house if cards comes down as soon as logic is applied.

Save your big bravado BS, only cowards base their world view on strength. Real men know different.
