Didn't say he couldn't read it. Said he doesn't understand all the line items.

Do you lie much? Or is it just general ignorance most of the time?
Like a P&L itself the line items aren’t hard to understand either. You may need context as to why the number looks the way it does. But that’s what you have CFO’s and other people for. Give you a simple real life example I had a few years ago: My dairy costs had increased out of the blue. Not good. I wasn’t sure what was driving it so I emailed my finance guy. His response that it’s gone up because consumers in China had stopped buying Chinese made powdered milk because some kids had gotten ill. They were now paying a premium for US powdered milk. Made sense. I understood the whole time what the line item meant and how it impacted my business. But I needed an explanation for the unexpected change.

What a leader! In the midst of a pandemic that is only getting worse and a terrible economy, Trump thinks it's a good idea to talk about the amount of water in dishwashers and incandescent light bulbs. Nobody could possibly be moire out of touch than this moron.

Not sure what this is for but it appears the invoice is for 12 night stay.. if they had 42 rooms as stated the avg cost per room is 33.01 per night. Again, not sure what it is for; just interpreting the invoice and disregarding hand written notations.

Twitter math is weird.

It's 42 room nights, not 42 rooms.

If it was for 42 room nights... over 13 days... that would be 3.5 rooms per night. I would expect that there were more that 3-4 rooms of secret service agents at the facility. Unless an itemized invoice is presented all we can do is guess on the actual cost per room.

Cc: @volfanhill so he can see exactly how unflinching I am in my pettiness.
I must be not seeing many things. The invoice is missing several things. Lines are blurred out. There's blurred light lines over regular lines. The crest on the second page doesn't match the positioning of the crest on the first page's. The invoicing lines are dim and unreadable.
The president doesn't travel with 3-4 secret service individuals, its many more than that considering maralogo is the second white house.

Oh yeah, if it’s really for 42 rooms over 12 nights then he’s living up to his word on not using trips to his overpriced resort to line his own pockets. I’m on to much bigger issues, like a message board squabble over the official name of the agency that protects the president. 😂
