Miso hungry...
spent all day outside in the heat and wanted a nice cool dinner. Thawed some tuna loin and frozen salmon and made poke type bowls with spicy mayo Ponzu dressing Avacado, diced orange, scallions, and scoop of sushi rice.
Well that sounds yummy.

It was yummy and since I had leftover tuna loin and Since I caught it and cleaned it I hate to over cook tuna. Finely diced tuna “burgers” served rare with our lettuce, tomatoes and home picked sweet hot banana peppers nice side of bacon brown sugar baked beans48E0A170-CB8B-47C8-8591-5C9715877C7D.jpeg.CA711064-6AA5-4D2B-B294-1B45DCA32148.jpeg

Went to a place called Ronnie's steak and seafood in port st Joe earlier. I got fish, wife got a ribeye, and the kids got crab legs. We usually kinda share around when we eat out anyway, so I had some of everything. It was all good, our favorite place all week. They hands down had the best gator bites we've ever had.
