Here is another for your collection. Posted just this morning.

Data suggest Florida's record-breaking coronavirus days may have been inflated by as much as 30%

This has been a cluster since the beginning. The books have been cooked for a variety of reasons depending on the desires, some of it political, of the many bookkeepers. That has nothing to do with the factual nature of the disease - it is real. The reporting of the situations, conditions and effects of the disease we see from all these various sources is what is messed up. No standard of reporting has been established and they are mixing stats into categories that should be separately counted for it to have any meaningful use medically and governmentally. They can't even do their stat formulas correctly at the state level at times.

The medical, sports, and governmental leaders are making judgments based on faulty data and trends. Which is why CFB and other fall sports are unlikely to happen IMO.
I'm down here and on the resident message boards. I'm reading directly from people (doctors, nurses, people in the cafeterias, etc) that it is bad at the hospitals, extra nurses are being called Ina nd they are trying to add 100's of ICU beds to the facilities. Y'all keep believing what you want. I'm in the heart of the beast. Our positive test result rate is incredibly high and deaths are getting worse.

You're citing to an article that's is titled "Data Suggests . . .". Suggests? WTH kind of scientific analysis is that.

I am constantly amazed that people are so paranoid about anything to do with the government that they're willing to rely on "reports" from internet sources versus dedicated public servants like Faucci at the CDC or NIH who don't give a damn about anything but the science.

First we're told by these "news sources" that this is't going to be worst than the regular flu. (130,000+ dead in 6 months seem to be worse than the flu), then we/re told you don't have anything to worry about if you're under age 50 (just because you don't die doesn't mean you can't have long-term health effects plus there are people who are under 40 and yet they have died) and now people are saying that wearing or not wearing masks is a political choice.

And does anyone really believe DeSantis is purposely over-counting the numbers in Florida? This is the guy who refused to close the beaches over Memorial Day and now says that if a Walmart can be open, so should the schools.
There has already been a whistle-blower fired for saying they were undercounting infection rates and deaths.

If northerners would just stay in their own run down states then none of this would be happening

The instances of parents contracting it from their children may be zero. A few days ago I heard that not one instance recorded in the world of that.

There was a case in Knoxville. Early on, before mass testing got underway, a child had symptoms and tested positive for Covid. The rest of his family came down with it soon after. I'm sure it's fairly common just not as obvious since a lot of kids won't present with symptoms.

You are a blind fool if you really think Fauci and the WHO, CDC and the other alphabet clowns are only "concerned with the science".

My guess is that’s a conservative response to it. That’s ok, too. My voting history aligns with the same party as DeSantis. But I’m not sure I agree with all of that. But bottom line is that I doubt anyone really knows, and that was the point of my post.
It is.

If people think covid is bad, wait until the #’s start coming in for the consequences of people being locked in their houses for 6 months, watching “I Love Lucy” reruns.

Your Tallahassee Report is crazy old, full of loaded words, and written to inflame conservatives.
There is a million other interviews and investigations about it. She was fired for speaking out publicly.
A simple Google search will bring you plenty of articles to counter the TR article.
Google searches give you whatever you’re looking for.... I hate this

Welp boys, quarantine got the best of me. When you combine no access to a gym with an influx of postmates, snacks and my girlfriend learning how to bake, it’s official. I’m fat again. I saw a picture of myself shirtless yesterday and If I didn’t have my contacts in I would have thought I was a hairless orangutan. I never had abs, but I also never looked like a retired offensive lineman before. You don’t notice that you’re growing tits until it’s too late. Anyways, im gonna go throw out my sweatpants and eat a salad. This ends today

So your neighbors have reason to blame you for the camp chair’s demise?

Haven't been posting lately, too much at work and then had to spend a ton of time hooked to e-stim machine for a tendon tear. Was wondering if maybe I was going to lose my touch, but I know it's all good if I can still get McGill fired up.
