Have you googled it or asked a medical professional? I’m not being smart a**, my brother has asthma and doesn’t where a mask anywhere. Pretty sure he hasn’t, SMH, younger brothers.

Nope, concentration at altitude is the same as here. The amount of air in general is lower at altitude.
