@evillawyer and her take on this is not a surprise. EL, you're a worse "lawyer" then Jack Sparrow is a pirate.
No idea. Never been tasered. Never used one either..but I wouldnt point one at a cop because I have learned from other peoples mistakes..pointing things at cops = not good.Serious question, once a taser is discharged, can it immediately (or at least easily) be fired again? If not, the fact that he fired the taser and missed seems to be irrelevant.
She had previously dated one of the suspects they were looking for(but who was already in police custody). The whole situation was a cluster that most likely would have been avoided had they knocked and announced themselves rather than busting in....I mean, you should. They were looking for drugs or something but had the wrong guy, busted in unannounced and then tried to claim self-defense
I bet he was on probationWatching those videos, dude straight up knew he was busted and tried slinging tons of random and contradictory shite at PD to talk his way out of it, just like a lot of folks would. We know what unfortunately happened when those attempts failed.
What I haven’t seen yet is the reasoning on why he went from shite talking cops to brawling with cops. What was his catalyst? Would an arrest have cost him his job or his license or something else? Did he have any outstandings? Would the arrest be a probation or parole violation? Were their previous DUI charges on him? What the heck triggered him?

you don’t know they didn’t announce themselvesShe had previously dated one of the suspects they were looking for(but who was already in police custody). The whole situation was a cluster that most likely would have been avoided had they knocked and announced themselves rather than busting in.
It happened. Whether you believe it or not.
We get it my friend. It’s not racism to you unless the murderers admit they did it for racism. Not sure if the Wendy’s killing was racially motivated. Yet, somehow Jerry lived....This is as definitive as you can get in proving systemic racism. Not sure how anyone can say he was killed for any other reason than being black. Certainly not because he attacked the police, stole their taser and tried to use it on them.
Let’s say for the sake of argument that you are 100% correct on what actually took place, what percentage of events involving police shootings are committed by homicidal, racist cops?? Less than 5 percent if you are being extremely generous, yet let’s paint every cop with same broad brush and label every perpetrator as a saint. Then, let’s riot in the streets and demand the disbanding of the police. Yeah, none of this is an over reaction by the perpetually offended
I've said before we have no idea if these things are actually racially motivated, but excessive force is still an issue that needs to be addressed. I've also been against the looting and the rioting. There is a middle ground here that does not involve going to either extreme.Let’s say for the sake of argument that you are 100% correct on what actually took place, what percentage of events involving police shootings are committed by homicidal, racist cops?? He could’ve used the weapon to carjack someone, hold them hostage and he could’ve incapacitated the officer and stole his firearm. It’s pretty clear you don’t understand of what you speak of from a legal standpoint
Lesbian democrat police chief of Atlanta resigned. Another left wing affirmative action diversity hire in a leadership position who failed its people. This is as definitive as you can get in proving systemic racism. Not sure how anyone can say he was killed for any other reason than being black. Certainly not because he attacked the police, stole their taser and tried to use it on them.
I see you and K-town Jester have been sharing the same spliff.Friendly reminder that the cops charged with interpreting the law correctly, and making life-or-death decisions based on said interpretation of the law, have largely spent a grand total of zero (0) seconds actually studying the law in law school, no matter how much they might pretend otherwise on message boards![]()
