We should put laws on the books with teeth. Resisting arrest is an automatic 6 months, resisting with violence, punching spitting kicking, is an automatic 2 years. If a weapon is involved it's an automatic 10 years, this should include car chases as well. These would be flat sentences no parole.

It used to be "stop or I'll shoot." Seemed to work fairly well.

I don’t think the dui caused his death.... I’m pretty sure it was fighting the cops..... stealing the weapon and shooting it at the cops that cost him his life..... have you ever tried to subdue someone that big that is resisting with everything he had?
