George Floyd Protest/Riots

Some more facts about the massacre since we're all so interested in history.

"The attack, carried out on the ground and from private aircraft, destroyed more than 35 square blocks of the district—at that time the wealthiest black community in the United States, known as "Black Wall Street".

About 10,000 black people were left homeless, and property damage amounted to more than $1.5 million in real estate and $750,000 in personal property (equivalent to $32.25 million in 2019). Their property was never recovered nor were they compensated for it.

More than 800 people were admitted to hospitals and as many as 6,000 black residents were interned at large facilities, many for several days"

Many survivors left Tulsa, while black and white residents who stayed in the city were silent for decades about the terror, violence, and losses of this event. The massacre was largely omitted from local, state, and national histories. In 2020, the massacre became part of the Oklahoma school curriculum."

It was a horrible event, and recently returned to the spotlight when it was featured on HBO's "Watchmen", but it didn't happen on Juneteenth and has nothing to do with Trump's rally.

You don't hold a rally on the day that slaves were freed at the location of the largest race massacre in American history. That's messed up. The name of it or the exact date it occurred doesn't frankly matter
Lol wut? You could apply this logic to any rally he had ever in Tulsa then.

And you are still wrong about what Juneteenth is. It was the day the federal troops announced in Texas that the slaves were free, in Texas. The slaves had been free before that in many states.

Oklahoma, where Tulsa is, is not Texas where Juneteenth was actually the case.

Once again with the incredibly loose reasoning you use on the date and name arguments I could see the rest of the truth not mattering either.

Democratic Governor, thankfully OK has come a long way since then.

Yes,it was an organized event to keep the black people from accumulating wealth and destroying what they had. Should probably find out who was behind using the national guard to make this happen.
Once an accusation was made, everyone took the baiting instead of finding out what was really going on and everyone acted emotionally. Classic baiting. People depend on emotional reactions to meet their ends. Which is to see everyone divided. We are still falling for it today.

Wow it's like you copy and paste from that wikipedia's article you linked earlier.

Keep reading on why the violence started.

Could you please reconcile your use of an unskilled profession to ostracize people with your complaints about elitists?

Genuinely curious. Thanks in advance.
The only justification is that it was the only thing I could come up with on short notice with only the words lacrosse and pro to work with.

I think he got his history from the Watchmen. If I remember correctly they called the Tulsa massacre Juneteenth in the HBO series.

Do you really believe that? It's just now being put into history books. Kansas is full of people who think the dinosaurs walked the earth 10,000 years ago and has some of the most racially charged history of any state in the country. He'd like to be able to say it has nothing to do with it and it's a coincidence, but when "Camp of the Saints" Stephen Miller is writing his anit-racism speech, and all the other pandering he's done towards white nationalists, would this really surprise you?

You've lost your f***ing mind!

Serious question for pro BLM people, not trying to offend anyone just would like to know. What is the end goal for BLM and why is there so little talk of black on black violence which statistically their biggest threat by far? Is it white people's fault that those crimes occur as well?
apparently, it's everyone's fault since personal responsibility doesn't matter and is not the cornerstone of character building anymore.

On race issues they certainly were

Here is something you need to understand. Conservatives don't give a **** about race, don't give 1 damn what color a persons skin is. The real racists are the white liberals who think black people cannot succeed in this country without their help.

It's amazing watching him swing so hard.

It's like LG predictions. Doesnt even bother to read/understand his own links.
I mean, he admitted to getting his history from a TV show. I'm not sure how much more epically one could fail. But if he wants to keep digging, I guess we'll find out.
